FAQ

Contacting Xcrino: common questions

How to reach us, where we are, and what happens after you enquire.

How do I get in touch with Xcrino?

Send the enquiry form on this page, or call the New Delhi office on +91 11 4011 0556 or +91 99539 20493. The form reaches the team directly rather than a general inbox, so describing the project in the first message usually saves a round of questions.

Where are Xcrino's offices?

The development team and registered office are in Sector 7 Dwarka, New Delhi, India. Xcrino also keeps sales offices in Dubai, UAE and Tokyo, Japan, and works with clients across six countries including the United States, France and Qatar.

Can we meet in person before starting a project?

Yes. Meetings at the New Delhi office are straightforward and can usually be arranged within a few days across Delhi NCR. Meetings in Dubai or Tokyo are arranged through the sales offices, and everywhere else the first conversation is a video call.

What should I include in a first enquiry?

What you are trying to build or fix, who will use it, any systems it must work with, a rough timeline, and whether you are looking for a fixed-scope project or developers to join your team. Even partial answers make the first call substantially more useful.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

A discovery call to understand the problem and constraints, then a written proposal setting out scope, approach, timeline and cost. Nothing is built before that document is agreed, because unwritten scope is the single largest cause of software projects overrunning.

Will you sign a confidentiality agreement before we share details?

Yes. Xcrino will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any commercially sensitive material is shared, and the terms covering confidentiality, code ownership and data handling are set out in the engagement contract rather than left to assumption.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. Xcrino serves clients across six countries, with delivery run remotely from New Delhi and overlap hours agreed to match your working day. Time zone, contracting and data residency are settled at the proposal stage rather than after work begins.
